FAQ

Is your inventory accurate?

• Apart from the automated inventory tracking I do check the actual inventory about every two weeks. However, I do recommend you double-check with me if you want to be sure something is in stock. I may even be able to give you a better price!

Where can I see some kits – do you have a storefront?

• There is no storefront, but you are welcome to get in touch with me through Skype, Zoom, Teams, or whatever other technology that might work. Years ago I had a store, and I am hoping that I can open another one some day but, for the time being, we need to meet across screens.

Since you are in Montreal, why are your prices in US dollars?

• My apologies to my Canadian clients but the US dollar is a universal language and is easier to use than our local currency. Since 95% of my sales are outside of Canada, it is pretty reasonable to set the prices in a way that prospective clients can compare prices easily.

Parlez-vous Français?

• Certainement. Vous pouvez communiquer avec nous en Français si vous voulez.

Do you buy collections? Can you help me sell my kit collection?

• We are always open to helping get a collection sold, one way or another. And, yes, we do buy collections whenever possible.

How much is my collection worth?

• We have extensive experience selling collections and have a good grasp of the market. Send us a list of what you have and we can give you a professional assessment.
