1/16 scale boat models

 

In this scale we find the large AMYA J-class and a few other models that lend themselves well to this scale. 

The large J-class boats are absolutely majestic, are great fun to sail, and have a large and growing number of builders. There is plenty of information available on how to build one of these boats and there are a number of regattas held each each year. 

1:16 scale America's Cup yachts

Each of our America’s Cup yacht models comes in our Modular method. We have frame sets available as one Module, deck parts as another, 3D-printed parts as another, and so on.  This method allows builders to pick and choose what they do themselves, and what they want to buy directly from us. This means the builder can invest at their speed, and in relation to their own skills and interests.
